CrossFit Journal: The Performance-Based Lifestyle Resource


TT CROSSFIT is the only one official CrossFit gym in Heilongjiang province, China. We are based in Tsibizov Team Fight Club, Harbin.

It's small boutique-gym, where max people capacity for training session is 5–7-person max. It'll help you feel yourself in unique environment and get much more attention by the coach.

All instructors are CrossFit Level 1 Coaches, and they are most welcome you. During the week available classes are - open gym training and group classes, check the schedule and book your spot.
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
CrossFit is more just a sport. Is the real lifestyle which is including:

- Regular highly intensive training. These training are based on combination power lifting, gymnastic and cardio. Not regular isolated movement you see in fitness gyms, which movements we never meet in our real life. We are based our movements on movements we do on in our real life – functional movements. In combination of techniques are so affective and safety and helps you a lot in your daily life.

- The way of your nutrition. For better results, in combination with intensive training you need to keep your nutrition. Focus on fresh food only, vegetables, meet, fruits and so on. No products with hundreds of years of expiration date.

- Community. Is a good way to come and meet people united by one dream – today be better than yesterday and all of them are push you forward. Sometimes we are not enough on some motivation and get it from side of hundreds of people is the best one you can get.
